  • Our code of conduct

    The Loomis Code of Conduct reflects our core values by ensuring high business ethics, care for our employees, and responsibility for the environment. This code serves as a guide for all employees and can be summarized as follows:

    Loomis should be the most attractive employer in the industry.

    Loomis should reduce the environmental impact of its operations.

    Loomis will never accept unethical behavior.

  • A continuous work

    We are continuously working on our values and our Code of Conduct. These are thoroughly explained during the onboarding of new employees and include training and development for leaders. In the case of new hires, we place great importance on caution and control. Every new employee undergoes basic training and then participates in regular training sessions.

    In the event that there are suspicions of unethical behavior and an employee does not want to approach their direct supervisor, Loomis provides an internal reporting system called the "Loomis Integrity Line." Everyone within the Loomis Group is authorized to use this tool to report actions that are not in line with our corporate values and Code of Conduct.

  • Global agreement

    Regarding our commitment to our values and the Code of Conduct, it is important to mention that Loomis signed a global agreement with Union Network International and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union in December 2013. This agreement strengthened Loomis' position in the area of social responsibility.
